    These Holy Brethren were spiritual man not worldly. None of them were politicians or state attornies or police or suicidal murderers. Goud has always spoken to of Holy Man. Man. Man of the Gospel, who had risen to declare the wrath of Goud upon a sin-sick corrupted society, whether it be Sodom, Greece, Rome or Miami Beach and America. This has never been popular, especially among society's leaders.


    The best example of the Church's need to re-assert its proper status as the voice of Goud is with the Ganja. The representatives of the State of Florida are very confused over the Ganja, and now must turn to the true Church to understand the meaning of the word "law". Goud has always established his law through his prophets, recorded in the Bible, and spoken of in his church. Goud's Law is eternal and cannot change - despite political legislation, religious compromise that conflict with Goud's Law such as "Gay Rights," which we say is not right. To show further the confusion of the State's leaders, they recently wasted everyone's time by discussing the program for "early release of mentally-disordered sexual offenders."

    What they should be discussing is how they can be so hypocritical as to have the following condition in Florida.



    Florida Drug Abuse Statute 893.03 says:

    (1) Schedule I A sub- stance in Schedule I has a high potential for abuse and has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States, and in its use under medical supervision does not meet accepted safety standards.

    Ganja (Marihuana, Cannabis) is included in this statute.



    Florida House Bill 1237 says:

    (1) The enumeration of cannabis, tetrahydrocan- nabinols, or a chemical derivative of tetrahydrocannabinols in s. 893.03(1) as a Schedule I controlled substance does not apply to the use of cannabis, tetrahydrocannabinols, or a of tetrahydrocannabinols by certified patients pusuant to the provisions of this part.

    They're talking about the same Marihuana that millions in America, and billions worldwide smoke every minute of the day and night. What rational man could accept this glaring hypocrisy? Who are the politicians trying to fool? Law is divine. Are politicians?

    When Moses' law commands "Thou shalt not kill;" and the State says, "Thou

    shalt not kill," there is no problem. When Goud says, "Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon all the face of all the earth," and the State says, "Marihuana possession is a crime," we have a problem, and the State is wrong.


    Today there are mothers in jail who should be home, nursing their babies yet they are in jail for Marihuana. Fathers weep for their wives and children because their in jail or prison for Marihuana use. This is wrong and must change. I cannot defend LSD or Heroin or Cocaine or any other chemical compound. I can defend Marihuana, poppy flowers, coca leaves, bananas, apples and anything else in Goud's creation. We are not asking for permission to break any law. We are saying that any persecution for Ganja use, whether jail prison probation tax duty or whatever, is a dirty political religious commercial conspiracy to rob and divide and abuse the people.


    The Ethiopian Zion Coptic Church (not religion, not cult) is the Church of the Living Man we commune with the Living Goud - accepting his living sacrament as Our Communion. We are ready to instruct the State, and the Churches of the world as to the remedy for their confusion. Historically, because of its' divine nature, the Church (not religion, not cult) has always been the law-giver. Historically, because of its worldly nature, the State has been the law administrator. The Fathers of American Law realized this when they demanded, "Congress will pass no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the PRESS or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

      Is It Fair?


      Malachi 4: 4-6.

      4. Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel with the statutes and judgments.

      5. Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful

      day of the Lord.

      6. And He will turn the heart of the fathers to the children and the heart of the children to their fathers. LEST I COME AND SMITE THE EARTH WITH A CURSE.


      What Goud calls for in each one of us is that we live right. That we walk the right path, talk the right talk, pray the right prayers, eat the right food, learn the right things, and gather with the right people. This is "the Law of Moses" given "for all Israel with the statutes judgments." This is the Coptic Lifestyle.


      A man asked me if it was fair to raise my child in the "sheltered" Coptic Lifestyle. I can't help asking you, "Is it fair not to raise your child in the Coptic life?" By not raising you child with knowledge of what is around him, he will never know what is right and wrong much less, be able to direct to his choose to do the right! Goud commanded mankind discipline and children to the right things in life while they are young; then when they are ready for their own life they will choose to do the right things. And Goud commanded young and old to "Honour thy Father and thy Mother."


      Children will not turn bad or become un- controlled when they are disciplined and directed in the Law of Moses and are brought up honoring their fathers and mothers. Likewise, fathers and mothers, by living the laws and statutes and judgments of Moses; will not do anything in the eyes of their children or behind closed doors, that would cause dishonor "nor will thou rebel against the laws which the Lord thy Goud, giveth thee." This is the Coptic Lifestyle! For one to question the life of living, shown to man in the bible and in the nature of man

      himself, is for one to question.


      Consider this: "Can the vessel say to the potter, Why has thou made me thus?"

      Search and see: "Can the silver say to the smith, How hast thou formed me so?"


      Is it fair . . .

      Is it reasonable . . .

      Is it acceptable with Goud …

      Is it wise... not to raise your child in the "nurture and admonition" of the Lord Goud and his son Christ ..the Coptic Life! I am raising my child up according to Goud's word and law under penalty of being judged an INFIDEL for not doing so. Are you an INFIDEL???


      Do you raise your children according to modesty; charity; faith; hope; spiritual courage; respect for elders; manners; and with an understanding of Goud and their body which is His Temple? Do you shelter your children from Sodomites, drunkards, murderers, and wild beasts who have been defiled?


      If you do then you understand a "PEACE" of the Coptic Lifestyle. If you do not care and do not raise your children this way I have this to say:


      1. You are an "INFIDEL" and you will feel the judgment in your heart for your children will hate you and they will be your judges.


      2. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS - YOU ARE FREE TO YOUR OWN WAY

      FOR NOW! DO NOT TROUBLE ME I PRAY THEE;


      3. Christ said: said: "Suffer these little ones to come unto me!" AND: Lest you come as one of these you will in no wise enter the Kingdom of Goud.


      If you do not have declare children your authority whereby you tell a man with children how to raise them. You still have something to see and learn on this earth and you have to come to those who have children to learn from them.


      Consider well the examples you see before you every day so that you can judge how to raise your children. If you let them get their discipline from the schools, or religion, politics or commerce then you will end up with broken families; divorces; confusion; disorder; children hating parents, parents hating children the "Generation Gap." On the other hand you have the Coptic Lifestyle which contains none of these none of these!!!


      A man told me the same thing that Elijah told the people in the bible Fathers must turn their hearts to their children! And must, turn their children hearts to their fathers. And all of us must "cease from sin and look within thee, trust in Goud and do the right."


      I must warn every man that questions my judgment; my ability; my right to raise my

      children . . . I raise them according to how the prophets and Elijah and Moses and

      Goud's Son Christ-US has commanded!!! LOOK IN YOURSELF: Who made you a judge over me? Read Psalm 78 and mind your own salvation with fear and trembling!!! Lest I come and smite the earth with a curse! Goud charges you for your children!

        The following text of a recent Channel 7 Editorial is presented for your discernment. If you believe it is honest, fair, and public-safety minded, then don't smoke ganja. If you don't know whether it's accurate or dangerously misleading, then reserve your judgment on marihuana and the Coptics and talk to the FBI, Miami Beach Police, U.S. Dept. of Justice, I.R.S., FDCLE, all of Jamaica, and anyone among your family or friends who smoke. If your realize: neither Gene Strul, the News Editor, or Richard Whitcomb, whose mouth formed these words, has ever visited any Coptic at any time: the only reason the Coptics have ever been in conflict with the authorities has been over the Ganja, and the authorities are wrong: How much attention and therefore potential advertising profits Channel 7 would derive out of prompting some violent activity in the Miami area: then you will understand why a man would run into a crowded theater and yell fire --not to see the movie, but to satisfy his Satanic lusts at the expense of the innocent. The fire at Coptic is the one we use to light our pipe while we pray for peace and understnading.


        May I now present part of the cause of the credibility gap, thanks to Channel 7. The best argument when you argue about religion is not to argue about it. But the question today is when does religion become not a religion when does it become a vehicle for crime? Law enforcement, including prosecuting agencies have been pussyfooting around a group called the Coptics.

        which from what I have seen and heard on the Mark Londner reports for several days does nothing more than sit around and smoke pot. Now law enforcement is showing some interest. In my view it comes a little late. Particularly when children who have no influence over their own well being are in-volved. If this is to be universally accepted then every pothead in town every drug addict every narcotic pusher could justify their actions as areligious service to the community.


        In the Coptics we have a so-called religious group that endangers the health of its children. This is enough for the state to in- tervene. Moreover the Coptics have no identifiable source of income. Yet there is unending source of marijuana. Which surely opens the legal door to probable cause that illegal activity may be involved. No one believes more than I do in the separation of church and state. But no one should be permitted to use religion as a shield to carry on unlawful, unhealthy and dangerous activities. If it is religious persecution to investigate and to put a stop to the mad practices of religious cults then we should also be willing to accept human sacrifice as a constitutional right.
