The Ethiopian Zion Coptic Church (EZCC) holds the distinction of being the world's first legally recognized ganja church, a recognition bestowed by the Queen of England, the Supreme Court of Florida, and the Jamaican Parliament. Today, the legacy of the EZCC endures, etched into the memories of those who bore witness to the remarkable events and took part in the bold quest for ganja legalization during the 1970's and 80's.
